At Brian McCance (Steel) Ltd we are seeking to recruit a self-driven Sales Executive with a passion for closing deals to join our dynamic sales team. Were looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person outreach.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Product Presentation: Present and promote our products/services effectively to potential customers.
- Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals that align with client expectations and company goals.
- Sales Management: Track leads, prepare quotes, and ensure a seamless sales process from start to finish.
- Customer Support: Handle post-sale inquiries and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Essential Criteria
- At least 1 years experience as a Sales Executive or similar
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Team player with a proven track record of supporting sales teams in reaching and exceeding targets.
Desirable Criteria
- Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- Sales Executive experience gained in the steel or heavy manufacturing sector.
