Job Summary

Our busy Manufacturing client in the Dungannon area requires aCustomer Service Administrator.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager your role will beprovide support to the customers with regards to their order books.

You will receive and manage orders through internal systems to ensure all customer and departmental needs are met within the required time frame.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Advise customers as required
  • Understanding customer requirements
  • Update CRM system
  • Liaise with customers regarding order status & deliveries
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely manner

Experience and Qualifications

  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent which will include English and Maths at grade C or above
  • Have experience of working within a busy office environment ideally in a customer service role
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload using your own initiative to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
