Office Administrator
Reports To: Bid Manager
Company Overview:
Our Client is a leading main construction contractor delivering high-quality construction and infrastructure projects across Ireland and UK. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team and support the pre-construction function with bid preparation and document control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting bid manager in Pqq writing
- General office admin roles in assisting Admin manager
- Manage and maintain document control systems
- Assist in the coordination and compilation of high-quality bid and tender submissions.
- Support the collation of project data, technical content, and relevant case studies.
- Ordering office stationary
- Logging site times daily
- Completing time sheets weekly
- Saving site diaries daily
- Saving weather reports daily
- Reception duties taking messages and answering queries
- Booking travel and accommodation for staff travel
Person Specification:
Qualifications:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related built environment discipline or working towards completion of a recognised qualification would be beneficial
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
