Vivid Healthcare are looking for an experienced Band 4 Payroll Administration Assistant to join a busy trust in Northern Ireland.

Pay – £13 – £18 per hour

Position details : Must have at least 6 months UK experience working in an NHS Payroll Setting. Must be willing to work with a flexible rota.

Essential :

To support the migration of payroll data from an existing legacy system to a new HR and payroll platform (iTrent). This is a project role requiring advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Payroll Team Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and successful transfer of payroll data during the transition period.

To be successful for this role, you must be an experienced Officer with a minimum of 6 months recent experience within the NHS.
