Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

Location: Multi-site / Regional NI & GB

Job Type: Full-time, in person role

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior HR Advisor to support a growing, multi-site organisation across the UK. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys delivering practical HR solutions. You will be the go-to HR contact for teams across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes across multiple locations
  • Compliance & Policy: Maintain and update HR policies in line with current employment legislation across jurisdictions
  • Employee Relations: Provide first-line support for managers and employees on ER matters including absence, performance, and conduct
  • Payroll & Benefits: Ensure accurate payroll inputs, manage employee benefits, and support retention initiatives
  • HR Administration: Oversee employee records, contracts, and data management in line with GDPR and statutory requirements
  • Learning & Development: Support the delivery of training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement
  • HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR systems, track key HR metrics (e.g. absence, turnover), and provide actionable insights

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist role, ideally in a multi-site environment
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law in both UK & Northern Ireland
  • Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Confident handling employee relations and advising managers
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in HR systems, data management, and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel across the UK (full driving licence and access to a vehicle required).
