Moore’s Animal Feeds Ltd is a well- established company in the animal feed industry, situated in the picturesque countryside close to slemish. We have a strong reputation for providing quality products to a large customer base across NI.
We are currently seeking a customer service / sales ledger to complement our small busy office team.
Interacting with both customers and team members, in person and on the telephone, the customer service team member will be responsible for;
- Processing customer orders
- Dispatching and sales invoicing
- Cash allocations
- End of month procedures (statement production)
- General office duties
Our successful candidate will meet the following essential criteria
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C or above
OR
- 3 year’s experience at similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and team members
- Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Highly numerate
- Competent in the use of MS office packages
