Based in the Ewart Building right in the centre of Belfast (opposite the Ulster Hall), you’ll receive all the support you need to develop a rewarding career with AXA, using new digitized software to handle claims issues.

You will be offered a starting salary of £24,655 and career progression with salary increase within 6 months with us! You will also receive the opportunity to earn a performance related bonus. How you’ll make a difference:
· Accurate and timely completion of case notes/logs/diaries for each customer
. Deployment of cases to appropriate and approved suppliers.
· Ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded on every call to successfully complete every case.
· Process cases in accordance with department procedures and agreed authority levels.
· Full ownership and accountability of the claims you are involved in managing.
· Support call handling activity in other areas during times of high demand.
· No previous experience necessary, the important thing is that you put the customer at the heart of everything you do. We’ll provide all the training & support you need.
Working Hours & Training
These are full-time roles, working a 37.5-hour week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, no weekend work required!
We provide 4+ weeks full time training with all required IT kit enabling you to mix home and office-based work.

- 5 GCSEs including English & Maths or education equivalent. (Essential)
- Confident, clear, professional and courteous telephone manner able to put people at their ease.
- A naturally empathic and compassionate nature. We value life experience as highly as technical skills.
- An enquiring mind, able to gather the facts with relevant questions whilst using initiative.
- PC literate as good basic PC skills are essential, although you’ll be trained on our insurance-specific software packages as part of your training programme.
- Ability to effectively manage your own workload and prioritise effectively, whilst maintaining an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer service, sales and customer management experience.
