Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively support the Project and Reporting Manager in developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation. Lead delegated projects across multiple departments and manage key deliverables to optimise operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project related materials including project trackers, reports, risk registers, and stakeholder communications. Prepare draft status updates and reports for review by the Project and Reporting Manager.
- Support business risk management activities including identification, assessment, and ongoing monitoring through regular reporting and documentation processes. Assist in executing risk management procedures and maintaining current risk registers under appropriate oversight.
- Assist the Project and Reporting Manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining robust corporate governance frameworks, compliance monitoring processes, and regulatory adherence programs. Coordinate governance related activities, maintain accurate compliance documentation, and ensure continuous alignment with applicable industry standards, legal requirements, and regulatory mandates.
Essential Experience:
- 2 years + relevant project coordination experience, preferably in a similar commercial environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.
