Job Title: Marketing Executive

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a well known growing business based in Maghera to recruit a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join the growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing professional to play a key role in driving brand awareness, supporting business growth, and delivering high-impact campaigns across a range of marketing channels. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with strong execution skills and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the company’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to promote and strengthen brand positioning.
- Ensure consistent branding and presentation across all company literature, digital assets, and promotional materials.
- Create compelling, on-brand content for both digital and print media, including social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and brochures.
- Provide hands-on support at various external events, such as trade shows, conferences, school engagement days, and exhibitions.
- Analyse marketing performance using data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, business development, and senior leadership to align marketing activities with wider business goals.
- Work closely with external agencies, suppliers, and media contacts to manage marketing initiatives and brand promotion activities.
- Gather and present accurate and relevant information for monthly management reports.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency across all major social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
