Office Manager
Finch Retailing Ltd established in 2005, is a family owned and operated business.
Since 2005 we have successfully grown the operation to include 4 Spar Stores with forecourts across Northern Ireland alongside a sandwich and ready meal production business.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the job requires the skills of a highly motivated and experienced person.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £29,000 – £32,000

Requirements:
- Oversee day-to-day running of the office
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and service providers
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process invoices, credit notes, and supplier payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- VAT returns
- Intercompany journals
- Support internal departments
- Complete statutory surveys as required
- Liaise with local councils re licences
- Work closely with Company accountant
Essential Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Experience with financial packages preferably Sage, proficient in Microsoft Office
- A team player who thrives in a growing business environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s (preferred)
Experience:
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
