Position: Graduate IT Business Analyst
Location: NI (Dungannon, Omagh & Campsie & Ballymoney), Hybrid
Reporting to: IT Business Solutions Manager
We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious early talent to join our dynamic IT Digital Solutions team across Northern Ireland. This opportunity allows the successful candidate to contribute to our ongoing digital initiatives and functional application developments. This role will offer a unique opportunity to work closely with both business teams and our technical organization, providing a hands-on experience that will shape you into a future leader within our organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams and technical experts to design and implement digital initiatives.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements including process flows, user stories, and use cases.
- Provide application support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations of the current digital solutions portfolio
- Participate in the development and enhancement of functional applications.
Experience and Qualifications
- Recent graduate with degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Travel
