Job Summary

CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Merchandise Manager on a permanent full-time basis, with a salary up to £40,000 per year along with performance bonus based on agreed targets. 1-year minimum experience in procurement is absolutely essential for this role.

The role:

With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Merchandise Manager will:

  • Drive revenue performance along with a strategic mindset for planning and procurement.
  • Combine stock/inventory management, procurement, and data analysis with a focus also on continuous improvement with a LEAN mindset.

The person:

  • 1-year minimum procurement experience essential.
  • Experienced in data analysis and reporting.
  • Retail merchandising experience.
