Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Handler located in Crumlin. The Account Handler will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, handling insurance renewals, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include processing insurance policies, coordinating with insurance underwriters, and ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service and Account Management in Commercial Insurance 3 years+
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
  • Proven ability in handling Renewals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Cert CII or working towards an insurance qualification is a plus
