HSE Manager
Location: Dungannon
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

We’re working with a well-established manufacturing business in Dungannon to recruit a Health & Safety Manager. This is a key site-based role responsible for leading Health & Safety across the operation, ensuring compliance, driving best practice, and promoting a strong safety culture across all teams.
The site operates in a fast-paced food production environment, so the right person will be hands-on, proactive, and confident working closely with operations, technical and site leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead site Health & Safety activity, including policies, risk assessments, audits, and training
- Drive site compliance with all HSE legislation and internal standards
- Work closely with department managers to promote safe working and continuous improvement
- Investigate incidents, ensure corrective actions are implemented, and drive root cause analysis
- Monitor, report and analyse HSE performance data and KPIs
- Support wider business initiatives including wellbeing, sustainability and team engagement
What they’re looking for:
- Strong experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing or a similar environment
- NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum (Diploma or working towards would be a plus)
- Confident managing HSE compliance independently
- Good communicator, able to influence at all levels and promote a positive safety culture
- Experience in food or FMCG manufacturing is desirable
