What You’ll Do:

Lead all things HR: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, engagement

Partner directly with site leadership to craft and implement people strategies

Take a hands-on, experimental approach – try new ideas, iterate and learn

Manage your function end-to-end, backed by a supportive, people-first site lead
