Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Night Shift
Location: Newry, Northern Ireland
Salary: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour
Working Hours: Sunday: 9:00pm – 4:30am | Monday to Thursday: 9:00pm – 5:30am
About the Role:
Our client is seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives for night shifts at their Newry location. This role offers stability, excellent benefits, and opportunities for personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use RF guns to pick and scan orders with precision.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised.
- Build and stock pick locations to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the Stock Department to resolve inventory issues.
- Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
Essential Requirements:
- GCSE Grade C or higher in Maths and English.
- Prior warehouse experience and manual dexterity.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to the night shift schedule.
Desirable Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in warehousing or retail.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with voice-activated picking systems.
