Head of IT – Wholesale Projects
Location: Belfast or Dublin (Hybrid) | Type: Full-Time | Permanent
A leading retail and wholesale organisation is seeking a Head of IT to drive strategic technology initiatives across its wholesale operations in Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with business leaders to deliver digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
What You’ll Do:

Shape and deliver technology roadmaps across wholesale and retail operations

Lead cross-functional IT projects from concept to completion

Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and technical strategies

Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor relationships

Identify new opportunities for innovation and process improvement

Guide teams through tech transitions, including in-store and eCommerce platforms
What You’ll Bring:

Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT leadership, digital strategy, and systems delivery

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to bridge business and technical needs
