Supporting the UK Logistics Manager you will
- Oversee the supervision of the department team, allocating tasks
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Direct daily work activity and set priorities for the team
- Manage and prepare all despatch documentation
- Work with internal teams to ensure inbound bookings are made in alignment with Operations’ material requirements
- Organise and coordinate the booking domestic and international shipments
- Attend Health & Safety meetings to ensure a safe work environment, equipment maintenance, and implementation of safety measures
- Manage and maintain all supervisory HR administrative tasks for the Despatch Team
- Other adhoc duties
About you
- + 3 years experience of working within a similar role
- Previous managerial or Supervisory experience
