The Role
Were looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organised individual to join our Customer Service & Operations Support team on a temporary basis. This is a varied role where youll work both independently and as part of a friendly team, supporting internal operations and delivering first-class service to our customers and partners.
Youll collaborate closely with team members to help achieve business goals, manage customer support processes, and maximise operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Client Support
- Handle and resolve customer queries (including technical support)
- Process customer refunds
- Manage support tickets via service portals (Dynamics 365, Nayax)
Operational Support
- Communicate with partner sites to ensure machine uptime
- Liaise with operations management to identify and implement improvements
What is Essential to apply:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar customer support or operations role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident working independently and taking initiative
- Proficient IT skills and experience using multiple software platforms
Shift Pattern (Rotating Rota)
Customer service is provided 7 days a week. The 2 week work pattern is working 7 days on and 7 days off. Working Friday to Thursday.
Shift 1 = 23.50 hours
Friday8.15am 5.15pm
Saturday 10am 6pm
Sunday10am 6pm
Shift 2 = 33hrs
Monday 8.15am 5pm
Tuesday8.15am 5pm
Wednesday8.15am 5pm
Thursday 8.15am 5pm

Important Details
Location Requirement: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Banbridge, Northern Ireland.
This is a temporary role that will run to 31st December 2026.
