About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, playing a crucial role in our aftersales success. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Maximising Workshop Efficiency:Effectively scheduling customer vehicles and selling workshop hours.

• Seamless Customer Journey:Assisting customers with the collection and delivery of their vehicles.

• Accurate Administration:Promptly raising, costing, and closing customer repair orders.

• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction:Maintaining high levels of customer focus to guarantee a positive experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

While motor trade experience is a plus, it’snot essential. We’re keen to hear from individuals with strong communication and customer service skills, regardless of their background. If you pride yourself on exceptional service and have a can-do attitude, you could be the perfect fit!

You should have:

• 5GCSEs(or equivalent)incl.English Language and Maths at Grade C or above.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.

• A high level of aptitude for administrative tasks.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Self-motivated and resilient nature.

• A valid driving licence is essential for this position.
