MCS Group is proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturer based in NI. They are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join their team. As Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying new business and building/maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the construction industry. The ideal Sales Representative will be confident to engage directly with clients across NI and the Republic of Ireland in the construction/joinery sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full sales process from start to finish.
- Identifying new business as well as maintaining existing customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues accordingly.
- Lead engagement at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal departments for project success.
- Provide support and consultation with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle site surveys, quotations and tender submissions professionally.
Essential Criteria and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales/business development experience (advantageous if this is in the construction industry).
- Excellent face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks to the best of your ability.
- Proven track record of hitting KPI targets and deadlines.
- Confident using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Full clean driving license and willingness to travel as and when required.
- Ability to work well independently and as apart of a team.
