Key Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with sales forecasts and inventory levels
• Monitor and adjust production schedules to respond to changing demand and supply conditions
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging
• Work closely with operations, warehousing, and logistics to ensure alignment across the supply chain
• Analyse production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies
• Maintain planning systems (e.g., ERP/MRP tools) and generate reports for management
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards during planning processes

What Were Looking For

• Experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG sectors
• Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and data-driven planning.
• A team player with the ability to work across departments to achieve results.
