Our client is looking to add a Senior Associate to their busy property team. Theres already a strong pipeline of work in place youll be taking on a portfolio of varied and interesting matters from day one. Expect to be involved in a mix of commercial property work including:

Landlord and tenant matters such as leasing of retail and shopping centre units
Sale and purchase of commercial premises including office buildings and warehousing
Property support on corporate transactions, including due diligence and warranties
Re-financing and property-backed lending transactions
