Solicitor / Litigation Executive – Counter Fraud

Are you an experienced litigation professional looking to make a real impact in the fight against fraudulent claims? We’re growing our industry-leading Counter Fraud department and are looking for a talented Solicitor or Litigation Executive to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a varied caseload of litigated County and High Court matters, primarily on an hourly rate basis
- Drafting court documents, applications, instructions to Counsel, and settlement offers
- Investigating and identifying potential fraud, using intelligence and forensic analysis
- Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients and attending hearings and consultations
- Diarising and managing key court dates and deadlines
- Negotiating with third-party solicitors, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring full compliance with Court Rules, internal policies, and legal practice standards
- Maintaining case progress and client satisfaction through effective communication and time management
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience handling litigated cases, ideally involving Vehicle Damage and Personal Injury (Defendant side preferred)
- Knowledge or experience in insurance litigation and/or Counter Fraud
- Skilled in forensic analysis and document review
- Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Case Management Systems
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
