The Role:
As a Legal Secretary – Conveyancing, you will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing department by providing efficient and accurate legal secretarial support. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing legal documentation and contracts
- Audio and copy typing of correspondence and documents
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- File opening, maintenance, and closing
- Communicating with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Supporting fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing files
The Person:
To be successful in this Legal Secretary – Conveyancing role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing legal secretary role (essential)
- Strong audio typing and IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A professional and client-focused approach
