A leading professional membership organisation based in Belfast is seeking to appoint an experienced Office and Facilities Manager. This is a key leadership role within the Business Support function, ensuring office operations are streamlined and running smoothly.
About the role

You will play a crucial role in maintaining service standards for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth running of office infrastructure and support systems.

This is a diverse and hands-on position that will see you lead and manage office operations, facilities, IT service coordination and internal events.

Line management of front of house staff and IT support staff.
-
Management of building services, facilities contracts and event space operations.
-
Coordination of IT support and service provider liaison.
-
Administration of office systems and supplier contracts.

Contribution to business continuity planning and compliance standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015).
Essential criteria:
-
At least 2 years experience in a broad office management or facilities role with managerial responsibility.

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) and educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.

Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite and Teams/Zoom.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with excellent attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
