Job Title: Night Shift Warehouse Operative
Location: Antrim
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent)
Hours: Night shifts – 8 hours between 7:30pm and 6:00am (8.5 hours on site including 30 min unpaid break)
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting reliable and hard-working Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution site near Belfast. This is a hands-on role working across chilled, frozen, and dry chambers, supporting the efficient movement and handling of goods.
There is potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidates based on performance and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently
- Working in temperature-controlled environments (chilled, frozen, dry)
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Following all health & safety and hygiene protocols
- Completing necessary paperwork or digital records
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Comfortable working night shifts and in cold environments
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Reliable and punctual with good work ethic
- Experience working night shifts previously is highly desirable
