Key Responsibilities:
- Assist trade and retail customers with enquiries, identifying and sourcing the correct engine parts
- Use the MAM parts system to check stock, pricing, and place orders
- Communicate professionally by phone, email, and at the shop front
- Maintain and build relationships with suppliers and repeat customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in a friendly, professional environment
- Support inventory control and stock management processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service or parts advisor role
- Experience using motor-parts systems (preferably MAM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close knit team
- A proactive and positive approach to learning and customer service

Job Description:
Ballymena Engine Spares is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, whether at the counter, by phone, or via email, and will ideally be familiar with motor-parts ordering systems such as MAM.
We are a specialist in engine parts, and while prior experience in our niche is not required, full training will be provided. Our business is built on strong, lasting relationships with customers and suppliers, so the successful candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
