Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Coordinator to oversee and enhance the contingent workforce services for assigned accounts, specifically within small to medium-sized client environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Inspire and Lead! Recruit, train, and develop contingent employees while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws.
- Performance Supervision: Unlock Potential! Monitor and evaluate employee performance; provide coaching and support to maximize individual and team potential.
- Client Engagement: Deliver Excellence! Address customer and employee satisfaction issues swiftly, maintaining positive relationships with both.
- Strategic Support: Shape the Future! Collaborate with Area/Regional Manager or RVP to develop organizational objectives, policies, and budgets.
- Operational Reporting: Drive Success! Plan, forecast, and report on business performance, and maintain effective communication with site management.
- Compliance & Ethics: Commit to Integrity! Uphold high ethical standards, comply with government regulations, and manage the upkeep of all equipment.
- Administrative Duties: Streamline Operations! Oversee contingent workforce activities including attendance, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
- Training & Development: Empower Growth! Utilize company resources for training new and existing employees; regularly assess training needs in collaboration with plant management.
- Promote Resources: Expand Horizons! Market Resource Employment Solutions by networking with potential employers during site visits.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to Innovation! Attend strategy meetings and contribute to policy-making; engage in ongoing training for personal development.
Requirements:
- Education: Foundations for Success! Minimum High School diploma/GED; some college education preferred.
- Flexibility: Adapt and Thrive! Ability to work flexible hours and meet tight deadlines.
- Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Shift and Compensation:
- Schedule: Work-Life Balance! Monday – Friday, typically 12 PM – 8PM, with potential adjustments based on client needs.
- Pay: Competitive Salary! Salary based on experience.
