Position Highlights:
- Role: Occupational Therapist (OT) School-based
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, school hours
- Caseload: Elementary grades, supporting a range of developmental and learning needs

Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into students’ educational plans
- Provide direct therapy services focusing on enhancing students’ motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive abilities
- Document progress and adjust therapy plans in accordance with students’ evolving needs
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active Delaware Occupational Therapy license
- Experience: Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but not required
- Skills: Exceptional munication, collaboration, and adaptability within a school environment
