A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting located in Milford, DE. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in speech and language therapy across a diverse student population, helping children achieve their communication goals throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and therapy techniques
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
