I am working with a leading law firm in Omagh to recruit a Solicitor with experience in Probate and/or Conveyancing. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and well-established practice offering a varied workload, a supportive environment, and excellent career development potential.
About the Role
The firm is open to considering candidates with experience in either private client/probate, residential conveyancing, or a combination of both. The successful applicant will join a busy and experienced team, handling matters such as wills, estate administration, and residential property transactions depending on their skillset and preference.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
- Handling probate applications and administering estates
- Managing residential conveyancing files including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Providing clear, client-focused legal advice
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions, estate agents, and external professionals
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor (all PQE levels considered – from NQ to senior)
- Experience in either probate, conveyancing, or both
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- A team player with attention to detail and a client-first approach
