We are recruiting a Permanent Sales Manager on behalf of our client Noel Eakin & Sons Ltd.
Noel Eakin & Sons Ltd has proudly supplied businesses across Ireland with high-quality number plates and creative printed promotional materials for over 30 years. Their commitment to quality, customer service, and innovation has made them a trusted partner in the industry and now, were looking to grow our team with a dedicated and dynamic Sales Manager.
For this role as a Sales Manager, youll take ownership of the companys sales strategy identifying growth opportunities, nurturing long-standing client relationships, and driving new business throughout Ireland. You’ll be the face of the company, representing a well-established brand with a stellar reputation.
This post is Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with an annual salary of £60,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy to grow market share.
- Maintain and build relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in the number plate and promotional materials markets.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the brand.
- Report on sales performance and market trends to senior leadership.
What We Need From You
- Proven sales experience (preferably in the automotive or printing sectors).
- Strong B2B communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to manage your own schedule and hit KPIs independently.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel across Ireland when required.
