My client a leading organisation based in Belfast is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.

This is a Full-Time, Temporary position.

Working Hours: – 36.25 per week plus on call 1 in every 3 weekends (additional 6 hours is paid for this)

  • 1 hour lunch
  • Office hours – 7.00am-6.00pm (made up of 3 shifts) Mon-Tues 9.45 – 6.00pm / Wed-Fri 8.00-4.15pm
  • Flexibility required to swap shifts to cover holidays etc. These shifts include 7am-3.15pm // 8.00am–4.15pm // 9.45am-6.00pm

With a salary of £27-£28,000 (dependent on experience)

Essential Criteria:

  • A good level of education
  • Competent in using a PC / Excel, Word
  • Minimum 5 years general office experience
  • Although not necessary, some freight-forwarding experience would be an advantage, however all training will be given/on-going
  • Can work on their own initiative once fully trained.
  • Access NI required (Must be current)

Duties:

  • Managing and updating excel spreadsheets
  • Update tracking system
  • Check/update shipping information
  • Invoicing / Billing
  • Replying to emails
  • Monitoring/arranging urgent shipments.
