In this role, you’ll:
- Source and attract candidates across a range of white-collar and blue-collar positions
- Screen and shortlist candidates to match CFM’s requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and plan recruitment activity
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote CFM as an employer of choice
What you’ll need:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a recruitment-focused role
- Background in construction or a related industry
- Experience recruiting for both white-collar and blue-collar positions
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
