Care Assistant / Support Worker Supported Living Day & Night Shifts Available
Location: Belfast | Job Type: Permanent | Shifts: Day and Night | Pay Rate: £13.72 £14.86 per hour

MPA Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and empathetic Support Workers for a valued supported living service in Belfast. These roles involve providing high-quality care and assistance to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Both day and night shift positions are available.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care in line with individual support plans

• Encourage independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing

• Assist with daily living tasks, medication management, and maintaining a safe environment

• Handle challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner

• Facilitate community involvement and accompany individuals to appointments

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and ensure accurate documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a care or support role

• Registered with NISCC or willing to register

• Compassionate, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
