I’m working with a brilliant communications agency here in Northern Ireland. Theyre known for delivering smart, insight-led campaigns that dont just make noise. They actually make a difference. Right now theyre on the lookout for a PR Account Director to join the team and help steer the ship across some major accounts.
Whats the role?
Youll be taking the lead on strategy and delivery for a wide range of top-tier clients. Were talking big consumer names, public sector projects, and purpose-driven organisations. That means everything from planning integrated comms campaigns and writing standout content, to building media relationships and spotting the opportunities others miss.
Youll also be mentoring junior team members, playing a key part in the agencys growth, and helping to shape a positive, collaborative culture.
Who are we looking for?
At least five years of experience in a senior PR or communications role, ideally within an agency.
A strategic mindset and a commercial edge.
Calm, solutions-focused thinking with sharp attention to detail.
Confidence managing high-level client relationships and presenting ideas clearly.
Strong storytelling skills and solid media know-how.
The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
A full clean driving licence and access to a car would be handy too, especially for getting out to client meetings and events.
