HR Officer, ER Focus
- Annual Salary: £34,000 – £37,000 pa doe

I am seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join my clients large HR Team on a Permanent basis. This role is based within a bustling manufacturing environment and will be ideal for someone with a strong background in HR practice, specialising in ER who also has a passion for workforce management.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide expert advice and support to managers and HR teams on employee relations matters
- Experience of grievances, disciplinary action and performance management, often acting as a first point of contact for managers and employees
- As an ER specialist you will play a key role in ensuring fair and consistent policies, procedures, and legal requirements across the business
- Be a part of a team who implement and manage HR strategies that support business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, OR CIPD Qualified to Level 5
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
