Key duties include: Managing people, processes & health and safety Providing technical advice on refrigeration/AC systems Leading recruitment, training & coaching Following up on customer quotes and generating sales Reporting branch performance and identifying improvements Participating in a rota-based out-of-hours standby (covering holidays only) About You: A refrigeration or air conditioning background is essential Comfortable advising on cold room sizing, AC systems, etc. Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office) Willing to complete online/apprenticeship training if needed H&S, FLT or First Aid certs are a plus training provided if not held Were an equal opportunity employer.
