Job Title BIM Co-ordinator
Qualifications:
- Construction Design or Architectural Engineering or Technical Design related discipline (min HND) – essential
- MSc Building Information Modelling Project Management or related discipline – desirable
Experience:
- At least 3 years experience gained working in the construction industry (can include placement period)
Skills:
- Confident dealing with clients, subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent communicator
- Strong IT skills and working experience on a range of IT packages
- Excellent analytical, decision making and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and manage deadlines
- Current valid UK driving licence
Location: Head Office Draperstown with travel to site locations (NI)
Salary: commensurate with experience
