Are you passionate about creating materials that make a real-world impact? Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to developing next-generation porous materials for chemical separation technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Innovating at the molecular level: Design and synthesize advanced porous materials like MOFs, COFs, and zeolites.
- Refining performance: Tailor material properties to enhance stability, surface area, and adsorption capabilities.
- Hands-on experimentation: Use a range of analytical tools (BET, PXRD, SEM, NMR, TGA, etc.) to characterize and test materials.
- Bridging lab and industry: Collaborate with engineers to scale up materials for practical deployment.
- Sharing insights: Document your work clearly and present findings to both internal teams and external partners.
What You Bring
- A postgraduate degree (MSc or PhD) in chemistry, materials science, or a related discipline.
- Practical experience in synthesizing and analysing porous materials.
- A methodical, adaptable approach to experimentation and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in scaling up chemical processes.
- Postdoctoral or industrial R&D background.
- A deep understanding of structure-property relationships in materials.
Why Apply?
- Competitive pay aligned with your experience.
- Flexible working to support work-life balance.
