Account Manager
Due to sustained and continued growth and an ongoing investment into a new production line, we are currently seeking applications for the newly created key position of Account Manager within our site located in Ballymena. 2023/24 saw Norbev have its best financial year to date, and we are on course for another strong performance this year. What Does The Role Entail?
This role will be the key point of contact for our clients, responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering commercial growth. You will manage existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our bottling services.
What Will My Key Responsibilities Be?
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Assist the Business Development Manager by taking the lead point of contact for allocated customer accounts and/or allocated matters in other accounts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic plans to achieve them
Prepare reports on account status, forecasts, and market trends
Working alongside Procurement and Finance departments to present commercial data in relation to sales.
Manage, build and develop CRM database
Collaborate with operations, planning, and technical teams to meet client expectations
Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required.
Participate in any other relevant projects as required by management

What Skills and Attributes Should I Have?
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Experience within the FMCG or beverage industry would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of manufacturing or bottling processes would also be advantageous
Financial understanding
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
