Hays Accountancy & Finance are currently seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to support our client’s finance team during a key reporting period.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who can deliver accurate and timely management accounts and provide valuable insights to support business decisions.

Your new role
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reportsPerform variance analysis and investigate budget discrepanciesSupport month-end close and reconciliations of balance sheet accountsAssist with stock checks and report reconciliation variancesProvide financial data and analysis to support operational teamsContribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements

What you’ll need to succeed
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong Excel and financial systems skillsExperience in manufacturing or production environments preferredAvailable immediately or on short notice
