Role Overview
My client is looking for a motivated Power BI Developer/Data Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team. Your role will involve transforming data into actionable insights through dashboards and reports, supporting various departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Create and optimise data models using Power BI and DAX
- Monitor report performance and resolve data issues
- Support data governance and ensure data accuracy
- Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Understanding of data visualisation and storytelling
- Experience with SQL
- Familiarity with DAX and Power Query
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
Desirable
- Experience with Excel, SharePoint, or Azure
- Knowledge of manufacturing or construction data
- Power BI certification
