The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Workday Solution Architect to join our client’s dynamic consulting team in London. You’ll lead transformative Workday Financials projects, delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business transformation, process optimisation, and system integration.
What You’ll Do
- Architect end-to-end Workday Financials solutions, including Foundational Data Model design
- Align deliverables across functional, integration, and data teams
- Engage directly with client stakeholders, from finance professionals to the C-suite
- Deliver impactful demos, discovery workshops, and strategic proposals
- Work closely with project and engagement managers to ensure alignment with technical requirements
- Conduct business analysis, run solution workshops, and configure Workday systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value to clients
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members
About You
- Experienced in finance transformation, ERP, or Workday Financials (implementation or enterprise user)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology with business goals
- Skilled in stakeholder management, including with executives and technical leads
- Strong understanding of integration architecture (APIs, middleware, legacy systems)
- Proven leadership of delivery teams, including offshore and cross-functional groups
- Comfortable presenting complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
