Overview of the Role
As an Implementation Consultant, you will ensure smooth onboarding and successful deployments that align technology with client goals, playing a key role in our mission to make working lives better. Working alongside Project Managers, you will take clear ownership of functional and technical delivery areas, combining business analysis and consultancy to gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing, and manage key phases of implementation.
You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate needs into scalable, value-driven solutions, always guided by a commitment to client success and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to align timelines, manage client expectations, and support coordinated project delivery
• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of solutions for new and existing clients
• Gather, document, and analyse client business requirements using structured BA techniques
• Translate client needs into functional specifications and configuration plans
• Work with internal teams (Project Manager, Product, QA, Operations) to ensure alignment between solution design and delivery
• Set up and configure Allsop solutions to meet client specifications
• Support clients through testing phases (e.g. UAT) and assist in issue resolution
• Deliver product training, onboarding workshops, and system walk-throughs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and proactive communication
• Provide input into product enhancements and internal process improvements based on client feedback and project insights
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and handover notes
Technologies & Tools
You will have working knowledge of or a strong interest in:
• Platforms: Allsop products, cloud-based applications and SaaS
• Tools: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Teams
• Analysis: Use case design, requirements traceability, basic data querying (SQL)
• Documentation: Word, PowerPoint, process flow tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio)

Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, business analysis, or consultancy
• Experience collaborating with clients to gather and translate business requirements
• Familiarity with technology projects and SaaS solutions
• Exposure to agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and workstreams
• Comfortable working collaboratively in an agile environment
