A well-established engineering company in Co. Armagh is hiring a Graduate Design Engineer to support the development of mechanical design solutions for a range of manufacturing and industrial projects.

The Package:

• £25,000£30,000 depending on experience

• Full-time, permanent position with hands-on mentoring

• Progression opportunities into senior design or project roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce 2D and 3D technical drawings for mechanical components and assemblies

• Assist with design calculations, material selection, and technical documentation

• Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure design feasibility

• Help manage drawing revisions and updates throughout the project lifecycle

• Support prototyping, testing, and manufacturing preparation

What Youll Need:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or similar

• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)

• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn

• Full UK driving licence preferred
