Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative, working within our frozen warehouse!
Are you looking for a dynamic and fast-paced role where you can make a real impact? Were hiring Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team!

What Youll Do:
Order Picker Order picking of various products inclusive of heavy items into cages by customer using a voice picking methodology.
Manual Handling Operating machinery needed for assembly. Pushing cages and lifting weights up to 25kg using the correct technique to avoid injury.
Labelling & Documentation Applying labels and barcodes, completing relevant paperwork.
Maintaining Warehouse Standards Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and free from hazards.
Following Safety Procedures Adhering to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
Collaborating with Team Members Working efficiently with colleagues to meet production targets.

This role is based in our Frozen section, so youll need to work in very cold conditions- Dont worry though, we provide nice warm freezer suits, and youll have access to a heat room!

Earning Potential
Hourly rate starts at £15 per hour, increasing to at least £16.60 if you achieve 100%+ performance.

The average performance in this department is 120%

As this is a nightshift role, applicants must be aged 18 or over to comply with legislative requirements.

Dont worry if you have no relevant work experience. Full training can be provided for this role via our mentor assisted training.

It is desirable if you have:
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Experience of warehouse management systems
Experience of working in a variety of temperature-controlled environments
Pick Truck trained (LLOP valid licence or equivalent i.e. Stand-on or forklift trained)
Manual handling trained
Experience in the voice picking procedure within a warehouse.

Hours of Work
We have a number of full-time opportunities available, working any 5 from 7, from 6pm-2am (Job to Finish).
