Job Title: Head of Contract Sales
We are hiring for our client, a dynamic and well-established brand within the manufacturing and distribution sector, seeking a strategic and commercially minded Head of Contract Sales to oversee and drive contract growth across the island of Ireland. This is a high-impact leadership position, suited to an experienced sales professional with a strong background in contract/key account management and a proven track record of building long-term commercial relationships within the construction, design, or interiors sector.
The successful Head of Contract Sales will be responsible for developing a nationwide client portfolio, managing high-value key accounts, and identifying new contract business opportunities. This position reports directly to the Sales Director (Ireland) and requires frequent travel across Ireland (both North & South), with some overnight stays.

The Role:
* Own and grow a portfolio of high-value key accounts
* Identify and secure new contract opportunities through strategic planning
* Foster long-term partnerships with contractors, developers, architects, and specification bodies
* Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations and supply teams to ensure service excellence
* Present sales strategies, product training and performance updates to senior management
* Leverage data insights to maximise commercial potential and product penetration
* Travel regularly across Ireland to build and maintain client relationships
* Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
The Person:
* Proven experience in contract sales or key account management, ideally in construction, interiors, or related industries
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Able to think strategically, execute tactically, and communicate effectively at all levels
* Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities and results-driven mindset
* Willingness to travel across Ireland with occasional overnight stays
