About the Role

As our Social Media Content Creator, youll play a key role in developing engaging, shareable, and visually appealing content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure our online presence reflects our brand values and connects meaningfully with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create & Curate stunning graphics, videos, reels, carousels, and written content tailored to each platform

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop strategy-aligned content

Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and trending discussions

Track & Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact

Support wider business needs with branded promotional materials and presentations

Maintain and update our websites using the WordPress platform

Lead on creative campaigns, email newsletters, and storytelling initiatives that elevate our brand

What we need from you

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management

Strong understanding of audience behaviour across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X

Confidence using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress

Strong writing and communication skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
